A True Introduction to Pilates
Discover the difference real Pilates training can make with an experience built around you. Our Introductory to Pilates Package isn’t a sales pitch in disguise—it’s a structured entry point designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence with every session.
We begin with one private 45-minute session to get to know your body, your goals, and how you move. From there, you'll attend your first small group class to get comfortable in a supportive, low-pressure environment. After that, we bring you back for a second private session—this time with deeper insight and personalized guidance. Finally, you’ll take your second small group class, where you can apply everything you've learned and begin building momentum.
Whether you're brand new or returning to your practice, this package sets you up for success through focused attention and a thoughtfully guided path forward.
